Certified “In Horse We Trust” equicoach, Léa organizes and co-facilitates seminars for companies in Portugal and France. For the past two years, she has been supporting organizations wishing to enhance workplace well-being through the development of soft skills. Through unique experiences with horses, Léa fosters team cohesion, communication, emotional intelligence, and collective performance. Her innovative approach enables team members to get to know themselves better, strengthen trust, and develop essential relational skills for the professional world.
Expertise in classical horsemanship and teaching
With over 20 years of experience teaching classical riding (Portugal, France, United States, United Arab Emirates) and holding a BPJEPS diploma, Léa stands out for her passion and technical expertise. Trained by the renowned Master Luis Valença, she continues to uphold the legacy of excellence of the Portuguese school. A dressage judge in Portugal since 2016, she evaluates riders of all levels up to Grand Prix. This experience gives her a modern and up-to-date vision of horsemanship, while always respecting the aesthetics, harmony, and traditions of the discipline.
